Give your clients reliable software without becoming their hosting company.

For consultants and agencies who set up and run software for schools, colleges, nonprofits and small businesses. Your client runs the apps on Clouve, with hosting and upkeep handled, and an AI Assistant on AI editions. You keep the relationship and bill for your own work.

A higher-ed consultancy already deploys its client institutions on Clouve. The institutions pay Clouve for hosting, and the consultancy bills for its own setup, training and administration.

Or watch it on YouTube.

Your clients get working software, and you keep the client

Clouve runs the platform, so your team spends its time on the work clients pay you for.

You keep the relationship
You stay the advisor. You bill for setup, configuration, training and administration at your own rates.
Clouve runs the platform
Hosting, monitoring and routine maintenance are ours. Paid plans add scheduled backups.
The AI Assistant takes routine work
On AI editions, your team asks in plain English for upgrades, backups, plugin installs or a look at an error. In standard mode, every action waits for someone to approve it.
Kits that already work together
The Education Kit pairs Gibbon, a student information system, with Moodle for learning. Enrolments in Gibbon flow into Moodle automatically.
Each client keeps its own domain
On paid plans, a client’s apps can run on the client’s own domain. Clouve issues the certificates.
No hosting bills for you
The client signs up and pays Clouve directly, so you never carry a hosting invoice or the infrastructure risk.
One login for all your clients
A client’s administrator can add your existing Clouve login to their organization as an Administrator or a User. You switch between client organizations without juggling accounts.

Partner questions

Who pays for the apps?

Your client. The client signs up, deploys the apps from its own account and pays Clouve directly. Billing follows the account that deploys, so the client’s account does the deploying. You bill your own services separately.

Who supports the client?

Clouve handles the platform: installs, uptime, backups and restores on paid plans, and account and billing questions. Your team handles the work you sell, such as configuration, training, how-to questions and day-to-day administration. When something needs escalating, Clouve backs you up.

Can I choose both rewards?

No. Each partner picks one: a referral fee or free services. The help with your first clients comes with either.

What are the terms?

Terms are agreed per partner. Book a call and we’ll go through them with you.

Do I need technical skills?

Not server skills. Clouve runs the hosting. Your team needs to know the apps you advise on. On AI editions, the AI Assistant handles many routine admin tasks when you ask in plain English.

Which apps can my clients use?

Today’s marketplace includes Moodle, Gibbon, Odoo, SuiteCRM, WordPress, LimeSurvey, ownCloud, n8n and Bluesky PDS, plus the Education Kit and the Customer Kit. Moodle, Gibbon, Odoo, WordPress and the Education Kit also come in AI editions. See the marketplace for the current list and prices.

Where is client data hosted?

On Google Cloud in the US, in the us-central1 region in Iowa. Other regions are available on request.

What about compliance?

Clouve doesn’t hold a certification such as SOC 2, FERPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001 or GDPR. Here is what it does have: each deployment runs in its own isolated environment, connections use SSL, paid plans include scheduled backups, and the recovery targets are 12 hours for data (RPO) and 2 hours to restore service (RTO). We share security details with your client’s reviewers on request.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Every listing starts with a 90-day free trial on the X-Small tier, with no payment details needed.
