Common questions

Do I need to be a tech person?

No. If you can pick an app from a store, you can run it on Clouve. The hosting and upkeep are ours, and on AI editions you can ask the AI Assistant for the technical jobs.

What if my team grows?

On a paid plan, you can move to a larger tier. There are no per-user fees.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on paid plans, and Clouve issues the certificate. During the free trial, apps run on a Clouve web address.

What does the free trial include?

The full app or kit on the X-Small tier for 90 days, with no payment details needed. Subscribing adds your own domain, scheduled backups and larger tiers.

Is our data safe?

Each deployment runs in its own isolated environment on Google Cloud in the US, connections use SSL, and paid plans include scheduled backups. Clouve doesn’t hold certifications such as SOC 2 or HIPAA. The Trust & Security page has the details.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Your data stays yours, and we prepare an export for your app if you ask.
