Priced by app and capacity, not by user.
Each app or kit comes in four capacity tiers: X-Small, Small, Medium and Large. You pay a monthly price for the tier you pick, however many people use it.

- AI editions include a flat $100 a month AI Assistant fee; you bring your own AI key

What a tier gets you
A tier sets the CPU, memory and storage for each part of the app. The figures differ by app, and every listing shows them under Capacity & Pricing. Here’s Moodle as an example.

Pricing questions
Why do prices differ from app to app?
Apps need different amounts of CPU, memory and storage to run well, and the hosting cost follows those resources. Some apps also include a fee set by the developer who published them.
Are there per-user fees?
No. You pay for the tier. Add as many users as the tier can handle without paying Clouve more.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. On a paid plan, you can move to a larger tier as your use grows.
Is AI usage included in the AI Assistant fee?
No. You connect your own key from Anthropic, Google or OpenAI, and your AI provider bills you for usage. The flat $100 a month covers the AI Assistant on that deployment, at every tier.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe to keep the deployment running. If you don’t, it’s paused when the trial ends, and you get reminder emails before that.
